Still Mind Whole Body believes that people work perfectly, that we are all responsible for our own health, and that we create our own reality. The decisions we make today will affect our lives in the future; whether that is a choice we make about a new job in a new country or to have another cigarette or to eat that particular food.
Change is a constant in our lives. How we respond to this affects our health and wellbeing. Sometimes we are on top of the world; sometimes we are rock bottom. Sometimes we are simply stuck. We back ourselves into a corner and believe there is no way out.
